The most common things our customers ask before their first order.
No preservatives, no shortcuts. We slow-simmer stock, hand-chop fresh vegetables, and use real puff pastry — almost unheard of in frozen food. The result tastes like a restaurant meal, not a freezer raid.
Yes — both the filling and pastry are fully cooked. Your oven just reheats and gives that golden, flaky finish. Easy work.
Bake until the internal temperature hits 165°F. Every oven has its own personality, so use our times as a starting point. If the pastry browns too fast, cover loosely with foil and carry on.
You can, but thawing first gives a more even bake. From frozen, drop the oven to about 350°F so the pastry doesn't burn before the filling heats through. Low and slow.
We ship to all 48 states (sorry, Hawaii and Alaska). Orders process within 7 days and arrive in 2–3 days frozen, with tracking once they're on the move.
Our pies travel in insulated coolers with dry ice — they need to arrive cold and flaky. The $95 minimum keeps the box properly packed for the journey. More pies, better value, everybody wins.
If they're still cold to the touch and below 40°F, they're safe to refreeze. If something seems genuinely off, reach out within 24 hours and we'll sort it.
Fridge: up to 7 days. Freezer: up to 9 months in original packaging. No preservatives means real food behaving like real food.
